Joana Dabaj

Joana Dabaj is an architect, urban designer and researcher. She is co-founder of CatalyticAction charity. She has valuable experience in architecture in development, sustainable design, cultural heritage, migration and human rights in the Middle East. Her recent work revolves around working closely with displaced and host communities in Lebanon to co-design places; this includes participatory research, design and implementation of built interventions. She collaborated on various research projects with international universities such as University College London and the American University of Beirut, where her experience on the ground and her understanding of the complex Lebanese context was crucial.

Andrew Percy

Andrew Percy is Co-Director of the Social Prosperity Network at the Institute for Global Prosperity, UCL. He leads the IGP’s work on 21st century welfare options and was the lead author on the 2017 IGP report on Universal Basic Services. Andrew will review recent developments with Universal Basic Services in the new Covid situation, including examples from the UK and New Zealand.

Dr Jonathan Ashong-Lamptey

Dr. Jonathan Ashong-Lamptey is a globally recognized authority on Diversity and Inclusion in the workplace. He has a PhD from the London School of Economics and understands the science behind inclusive organizational behavior. Jonathan hosts the Resource Groups Podcast, a weekly show that informs and educates through applied research and insights from thought leaders. Today, he is the Founder of the Resource Groups Company where he helps organizations to reach their potential using inclusive practices. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, his previous employers and clients include The Walt Disney Company, News International and Channel 4. Jonathan combines professional expertise with academic rigour to drive change through research, training and consultancy. He recently launched a Youtube Channel to support his mission to help one million people around the world to make their workplaces more inclusive

Sir Simon Woolley CBE

Lord Woolley of Woodford is the founder and director of Operation Black Vote. He is chair of the Race Disparity Unit’s advisory group. Lord Woolley was knighted in the 2019 Queen’s Birthday Honours list for services to race equality. He was made a life peer in October 2019.
