This document describes the methodology for developingand constructing the Prosperity Index – the UK’s firstcitizen-led prosperity metrics that measure what local people say matters to their prosperity.

The Prosperity Index has been developed by the Institute for Global Prosperity (IGP) with citizen scientists, localresidents, community organisations in five neighbourhoods,and partners in the London Prosperity Board.
